- . A three-course tasting menu will run you 39 Euros, which is pricey by Berlin standards, but well worth the investment for a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience. Think starters like quail’s egg in brioche and flan with smoked sunchokes. Main course options include parmesan dumplings with crème of artichokes, salt-baked celeriac, and a potato lasagna peppered with chanterelle mushrooms and Swiss cheese truffles.
Make sure to leave room for dessert: rhubarb with buttermilk ice cream and the mysteriously named “white bubble chocolate and pistachio.”
