There’s little drama and a lot of tedious questions, but it’s still interesting to observe the UN’s attempt to bring justice to the perpetrators of Rwandan genocide. Visitors are welcome when the court is in session – there were only a handful of trials and appeals still to be completed at the time of writing. Photo ID must be presented.
