At 118 stories, the sleek ICC is Hong Kong's tallest building and the world's seventh tallest. Besides the Ritz-Carlton and Elements , it houses, on its 100th floor, a panoramic observation deck – Sky100 . And 60 seconds are all it takes for the high-speed elevators to whisk you there for stunning views of Kowloon and part of the island. From Element's 2nd floor ('Metal Zone'), look for signage for Sky100. Last entry is at 8pm.
