TCG Nordica is best described as a gallery-exhibition hall-cultural centre. Live jazz and dance, photo exhibitions, an English corner on Monday's (a good opportunity to meet some locals) are all staged here and there's even a relaxing restaurant with Scandinavian and Chinese food (dishes from ¥15).
