This multistorey apartment building was completed in 1928. Although it was named after real estate mogul Sun Chunsheng (1899–1974), the Chinese translator mistakenly used 太阳 (‘sun’ in the sky) instead of 孙 (Sun’s name) when assigning the Chinese name. You can peek into the leafy inner courtyard.
