There's no way you'll miss this 147m-high Eiffel Tower–shaped affair at the eastern end of Ōdōri Kōen, which stands alongside Tokyo Tower in the category of misplaced monuments. Still, the views from the observation deck at 90m are very impressive, especially when the sun drops below the horizon and Sapporo lights up for the night.
