Chiba is located slightly east of Tokyo. Take the Sobu Rapid train line from Tokyo Station to get to Chiba Station (halfway between Tokyo and Narita Airport). From JR / Keisei Chiba Station, take a taxi to "Chuo-Hakubutsukan" or take a bus for Daigaku-Byouin or Minami-Yahagi and get off at the Chuo-Hakubutsukan bus-stop. You can also walk 15-min from Chiba-dera Station on the Keisei train line.
