Pick up brochures and travel information at the information centre set in the former Government Printing Office (built 1898), before exploring the small exhibition on Kuala Lumpur's history. On the 2nd floor there's a large scale model of KL and you can watch a seven-minute film on the past, present and future of the city.
The admission charge is redeemable against purchases in the attached gift shop, which has a wide range of crafts and books on KL and Malaysia.
