For an offbeat adventure, drop by the home of Zundoi-Davag, a 96-year-old hunter who will be happy to show you his contribution to the demise of endangered species, such as the snow leopard and the wolverine, sitting cheek by jowl in the large barn. He may also regale you with hunting stories and show off his impressive collection of antique guns. His summer camp (ger) is about 5km northwest of Dadal, literally over the hill and through the woods. A local should be able to take you there on horseback, motorbike (T5000) or jeep (T10,000).
