Some way outside of Hamhung is the Tongbong Co-operative Farm, which can also be visited by groups. While you’re unlikely to see any actual farming (except from a distance), you will be able to visit a kindergarten, a quite beautifully presented gift shop and see the inside of a collective-farm worker’s home.
