At Blue Lagoon, Luzon’s whitest sand and deep blue water conspire majestically to compete for a place on your desktop screensaver. There’s terrific snorkelling here and despite the recent opening of a few resorts, the beach is rarely crowded. It’s 16km from Saud to the beach turn-off, then another 4km down a sealed road. Tourists heading to Blue Lagoon must pay a P30 'environmental fee'.
