On the road out of San Francisco town towards San Isidro, take the first right-hand turn up a dirt track to the Arquis Viewing Deck at the summit of a large hill. From here you can take in Lake Danao, Leyte and Cebu all at once. There is often a telescope set up to give you a closer look.
