Covering 5000 years of the island’s history, this museum’s range of exhibits is engaging and modern. There's good info on Ganghwa's UNESCO Heritage–listed dolmen sites, while the replica of the US Navy attack on Ganghwado in 1871 takes you into the thick of the battle. It's a 30-minute bus ride from Ganghwa-eup bus terminal.
