Here you can inspect the entire process of silk production, which involves sorting cocoons, unravelling the threads and then dyeing and weaving them into shimmering new fabric. You can even sample the cooked grub, which has a nutty flavour. There are some beautiful garments and lengths of cloth for sale. The centre is in Nam Ban Village, 30km west of Dalat.
