Built only a few years ago, this large and splendid Buddhist temple, surrounded by water features and statues, sits south of the city centre. Its proudest feature is a gorgeous nine-tiered pagoda that's lit up at night, and fearsome dragons curl up from the corners of the roof of the main temple building.
