Bermuda’s capital of Hamilton is a vibrant and cosmopolitan city where you’ll find parks, museums, and an abundance of shopping and fine dining options, especially along Front Street, the waterfront promenade that overlooks Hamilton Harbour. Rows of colonial-era buildings line the street in a multi-colored palate of pastels and housing myriad bars, restaurants and shops, including A.S. Coopers department store, open for more than a century. Other sights to see on Front Street include the Cabinet Building or the Historical Society Museum, and it’s easy to venture farther out and explore other parts of the island by hopping on a boat at the Hamilton Ferry Terminal.
