Fortuitously positioned just outside the Crystal and Fantasy Caves, set in a colorful, Bermudian cottage–style building, is Bailey's Bay Ice Cream Parlour.
Bailey's is famous across the country for its ice cream, and it's easy to see why. The Rum Raisin is silky smooth with a rum tang, and packed with juicy, chewy raisins. The Dark and Stormy has a positively fizzing, powerful flavor, and is peppered with hidden treasure in the form of chunks of crystallized ginger.
Service is friendly and the prices are reasonable. And if you get thirsty, the Swizzle Inn is virtually next door.
