Step into the world of ancient South American and Caribbean cultures at Amazonia Rainforest Mystery. This 45,000-square-foot installation is a maze of jungles, caves, pyramids and ruins where you can learn about Mayan, Aztec, Incan and Arowak cultures through recreations of their art, and you’ll also spot wildlife along with way, with more than 130 species inside, including parrots, monkeys and iguanas. You can watch reenactments, like seeing a shaman prepare his men for a hunting trip as you explore an Amazon village.

Amazonia Rainforest Mystery is located in L’aldea, on the east of the island about 20-minutes’ drive from downtown Willemstad. Tours last about 90 minutes, and there are five tours times each day, starting at 9 am and ending at 4:30 pm. The facility is open every day but Monday, and admission costs $20 for adults and $10 for kids.
