Dominica’s president is among the residents of this rather exclusive hillside enclave above the Botanic Gardens. The main reason to venture up here is for the panoramic vista of Roseau. Pick up either the half-mile Jack’s Walk trail behind the parrot aviary in the Botanic Garden or drive up the steep road just south of the cemetery.
