Dominica’s best beach sits at the end of a 1km bumpy dirt road that after heavy rains is often only accessible by 4WD. Ask the locals about conditions and be prepared to walk. This coconut palm-fringed crescent has good swimming and snorkeling with a coral reef just offshore plus there's a cafe.
