Bubbling Spring Mineral Bath

If you’ve got sore muscles from hiking and swimming all over Jamaica, or you simply want to relax with a long soak in warm mineral waters, Bubbling Spring Mineral Bath is purported to have healing properties. The multi-colored water park is built around a shallow spring in which the water has been found to contain high levels of soothing minerals in the water that may help relieve arthritis and back pains. It’s also a fun spot for young kids, with a water slide, volleyball and a go-kart track. Bubbling Spring also has a bar and restaurant on-site so you can grab food and drinks in between dips in the pool.

The Bubbling Spring Mineral Bath can be found at Point Hill in St. Elizabeth Parish, about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Negril. It’s open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and the entrance fee is $20 for adults, $10 for children.
