Reconstructed complete with wooden shingle roof, the 'Old' Kršlak House sits at the end of the rampart stairway as it descends the eastern wall. Today it contains a studio and three-room gallery of recent art, some rather appealing though heavily diluted by the insipid landscapes and garish semi-nudes of Samir Hažbiċ. But keep your comments restrained as Samir is also one of the caretakers here.
