Built in 1519, this mural-fronted mosque was the most historic building in Stolac till its destruction in 1993, and one of the first to be fully restored in the postwar era. It is at the heart of the town's historic core, with other surrounding sites gradually enjoying restorations of their own – most recently the Sahat Kula (clock tower)
