Sveta Troitsa Church (1835) is surrounded by a 1m thick and 4m high stone wall, and features magnificent wooden floors and faded murals. It also hosts Bansko’s major landmark: the 30m-high clock tower (1850). Until Sofia’s Alexander Nevsky Cathedral was completed in 1912, it was Bulgaria’s largest church.
