A sprawling area of attractions and buildings of various architectural styles that was first laid out for the 1891 Jubilee Exhibition. These days it holds mainly trade fairs, but also has a branch of the National Museum , a 'singing fountain' , the city's biggest aquarium and a slightly scruffy amusement park that's open daily from April to October.
