Alfresco Frilandsmuseet Maribo is made up of buildings plucked from elsewhere in Denmark, from a farm, fire station and windmill, to a dairy, schoolhouse and smithy. Old-fashioned games are scattered about the gardens – who could resist a round of Poke Out Palle’s Eye? The museum is 1km from Torvet, close to the camping ground.
