Since 1839 this traditional distillery has produced the favourite Corrèze firewater, l’eau de noix (walnut liqueur), alongside concoctions such as chocolate and quince liqueurs. See their copper stills, and sample the wares, including grape must mustard, or take a summer-only guided tour.
