A gravel path leads from the Loreley visitors centre through the forest to the tip of the Loreley outcrop, where you suddenly come upon a breathtaking panorma. About 190 vertical metres below, teeny-tiny trains slither along both banks of the Rhine, while miniature barges negotiate its turbulent waters.
