This superb, ecofriendly visitor centre, built into the hillside and walled in tall black basalt slabs that mimic the basalt columns of the Causeway, houses an exhibition explaining the geology of the region, as well as a tourist information desk, restaurant and shop. It's cheaper if you arrive on foot, bicycle or by public transport; admission includes an audioguide.
