Just off Via Carlo Felice, the main thoroughfare, Sanluri's 14th-century castle houses the Museo Risorgimentale Duca d'Aosta and its eclectic collection of assorted military paraphernalia. Outside in the garden, you'll see a medieval catapult, whilst inside you're treated to an extraordinary display of objects, from period furniture to military mementos.
To strike out from the castle, bikes are available for hire at the ticket office, costing €1.50 for half a day, €3 for the whole day.
