Lake Bracciano

Thanks to its close proximity to Rome, the idyllic Lake Bracciano has long been a favorite retreat for city dwellers, but the serene lake resorts still remain largely off the tourist radar and it’s the ideal place to experience local life. The villages of Bracciano and Trevignano are the main points of interest for visitors, both with hilltop medieval castles, scenic promenades and waterfront cafés, where you can enjoy an aperitivo looking out over the lake.
