Well, this one is way cooler than just another small collection of toys from around the world. The owner, drawing teacher Andris Millers, makes mindboggling kinetic wooden sculptures, including vehicles that each year parade during Sabile Wine Festival. With his absurdist sense of humour, Millers and his creations are a bit of a DIY Monty Python show, but you'll need a translator if you don't speak Latvian or Russian.
Some of his works are plain funny, like a device serving as a racecourse for flying snails (yay!), others come with political subtext, like ridiculing Russian President Vladimir Putin's publicity stunts.
