At the northern end of Sveti Stefan Beach a path leads over a headland draped in pine and olive trees to the turquoise waters and pink sands of Miločer Beach, which is also know as King’s Beach (Kraljeva Plaža). Set back from the tranquil bay and fronted by a loggia draped in sweet-scented wisteria is the Villa Miločer. This grand two-storey stone building was built in 1934 as the summer residence of the Karađorđević royal family, the Serbian monarchs who headed the first Yugoslavia. The whole area is now part of the Aman resort and while you're welcome to walk through, access to the beach will cost you a hefty €75.
Around the next headland, Queen’s Beach (Kraljičina Plaža) was a favourite of Queen Marija Karađorđević and it’s easy to see why. Cypresses and olive trees provide the backdrop to a pretty 120m curve of reddish sand. You won't get much of a view though, as this beach is set aside exclusively for resort guests. The public path skirts behind a large spa complex which was being constructed at the time of research, and then up through the trees to Pržno.
