On the northern side of the Old Town Square, this museum tells Warsaw's dramatic story. Its film covering the reconstruction of the city, screened several times daily (the English version at noon), is fascinating.
The museum is currently closed for a major renovation and modernisation, and is due to reopen in 2016. Check with the tourist office for updated hours and entry fees.
