The Renaissance-style Dobrovo Castle, dating from 1606, has a handful of rooms filled with artworks and period furnishings (limited labelling). There's a decent restaurant here, and in the cellar is Vinoteka Brda , where you can sample local vintages (white rebula and chardonnay or the pinot and merlot reds), which go nicely with the cheese and nibbles on offer.
