On the eastern side of a narrow peninsula, the wonderful sandy beach of Es Cavallet is one of the island's finest. It was designated Ibiza’s first naturist beach in 1978, and today it's the island's main gay beach. The northern section around La Escollera restaurant is more family geared, but the southern half is almost exclusively gay.
