The most impressive of Teruel's Mudéjar towers is the Torre de El Salvador, an early-14th-century extravaganza of brick and ceramics built around an older Islamic minaret. You climb the narrow stairways and passageways, and along the way you'll find exhibits on Mudéjar art and architecture. The views from the summit are Teruel's best.
