The giant bite-shaped bay of Cala d’Aubarca is around 3km across – its sheer scale can't fail to impress. It's 4km north of the village Sant Mateu, from where a rough dirt track leads up to wooded cliffs high above the bay. There's no beach; you'll have to park up and hike down to the shoreline (around 20 minutes).
