This sizeable museum is devoted to the celebrated mystic and religious reformer St John of the Cross, who died here in 1591. The plethora of memorabilia includes a reconstructed monk's cell with a lifelike figure of St John writing at a table – plus a couple of fingers from his right hand in a glass case!
