Part of the Murberget museum complex, this excellent Ångermanland features permanent exhibitions, such as historic photographs and Sami handicraft. Of equal interest are its temporary offerings that may include a display of folk weapons through the ages, a study of Sweden's attitudes to witchcraft and evil forces and spectacular weddings dresses as part of a 'here-come-the-bride-through-the-ages' display.
