Across the highway from the STF Turiststation, a chairlift takes you up Mt Nuolja (1169m), where those without vertigo can enjoy epic views from the deck of the Panorama Café, part of the Aurora Sky Station. In summer this is a prime spot from which to see the midnight sun; in winter, to view the northern lights. You can come up on a guided tour (Skr590) and enjoy a three-course dinner with an incredible view (Skr1605).
