If you’ve heard of Sweden’s 300,000 elks but have yet to see one ‘king of the forest’ in the flesh, you can drive southwest to this moose farm just outside Östersund, home to 18 tame moose which are happy to be petted and fed bananas. The moose farm also offers on-site accommodation and unique moose products, such as ecofriendly toilet paper made from moose droppings.
