Formed by the 2012 merger of the pre-existing Schwab and Neuhaus Museums, the Neues Museum features art, history and archaeological exhibits. Highlights include a section on Biel's clock-making history and the reconstructed 19th-century apartments of museum benefactor Dora Neuhaus.
