Housed in an elegant Italianate building, the Swansea's main art gallery displays a wide range of Welsh art – Richard Wilson, Gwen John, Ceri Richards, Shani Rhys James – alongside works by Claude Monet and Lucien Freud and a large ceramics collection. It's closed for refurbishment but is due to reopen in early 2016.
