This square little building, fronted with Jerusalem stone and topped with a small red dome, is the Shrine of Abu Ibrahim, in whom the Druze believe the soul of Elijah was reincarnated. Both men and women must be modestly dressed, including long sleeves, and must remove their shoes. To get there, follow the signs to 'Holy Place'.
From the T-junction just beyond the shops (Rte 672 does a 90-degree turn to the left, i.e. southeast, here), turn right (west) – the shrine is about 600m along from here.
