You may pay a bit extra for a burger, sandwich or salad in the aerial Colombiano Coffee House at the top of this observation tower but there's no charge for the panoramic view from 360 degrees' worth of windows. If you'd rather not walk round the view yourself, head for Tiara, the revolving restaurant upstairs.
