Chef-owned Robert Sinskey's dramatic hilltop tasting room, constructed of stone, redwood and teak, resembles a small cathedral – fitting, given the sacred status here bestowed upon food and wine. Sinskey specializes in bright-acid organic pinot, merlot and cabernet, and exceptional Alsatian varietals, vin gris, cabernet franc and dry rosé, specifically designed to pair well with food.
