Four historic ships are floating museums at this national park, the Wharf’s most authentic attraction. Moored along Hyde St Pier, standouts include the 1891 schooner Alma , 1890 steamboat Eureka , paddlewheel tugboat Eppleton Hall and iron-hulled Balclutha , which brought coal to San Francisco. It’s free to walk the pier; pay only to board ships.
