Put a foot into Arizona and plant the other in New Mexico. Slap a hand in Utah and place the other in Colorado. Sure, it's not 100% accurate (the marker is apparently a legally recognized border point, regardless), but it makes a good photograph.
The monument is really in the middle of nowhere. There's a small visitor center, picnic tables and portable toilets. The nearest gas station is 6 miles south in Teec Nos Pos.
