The 1.6km (1mi) Forest Loop Trail begins and ends near the Bartlett Cove dock and winds through the pond-studded spruce and hemlock forest near the campground, then descends to the beach. Along the trail, enjoy the birdsong of the spring migration in May and June, wildflowers in June and July, and mushrooms and blueberries in August. Rangers lead walks on the trail daily in summer; inquire at the visitor center.
